What we collect

When you place an order or sign up to our newsletter we collect the information you give us — typically your name, email, shipping address and payment details. Payment data is handled directly by our payment processor and never touches our servers.

How we use it

We use this information to fulfill your orders, send you updates about new products, promotions and restocks, and keep our shop running smoothly. We don't sell your data to anyone, ever.

Marketing and analytics

With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to learn how visitors interact with our site — for example, which pages are viewed, how far people scroll, and where they get stuck. This helps us improve the experience and fix problems. Clarity may process de-identified or pseudonymous data including click and scroll behavior; it does not collect payment details.

We also record basic shopping activity on this site — pages viewed, products viewed, and items added to your cart — and share those events with Shopify, which powers our store and checkout. Shopify uses them to provide order processing, store analytics and, where applicable, marketing attribution. These events include the page you were on and the product or variant involved; they never include payment card details.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email and marketing preferences so we can send you product news, offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us directly.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is being used in aggregate. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some of the site may stop working as expected.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct anything that's wrong, or have it deleted entirely. Just send a note to myforeversticky@gmail.com.
